Mold Remediation – United Safety LLC follows industry guidelines set forth by government and regulatory agencies when performing mold remediation. United Safety strives to not only meet, but exceed industry standards with regards to the remediation and removal of all types of microbial contaminated materials.
Lead Abatement – Backed by extensive knowledge, decades of experience, and state-of- the-art equipment, United Safety delivers innovative removal techniques in the chemical breakdown of various coatings containing lead and lead derivatives.

Floor & Surface Preparation – United Safety provides full-service floor & surface preparation for large scale projects that allow us to mechanically remove old flooring and prepare concrete surfaces for new coatings or overlays. Our highly trained personnel along with our state-of-the-art equipment have the power to get the project completed at a fraction of the time and expense associated with conventional methods.
Selective Demolition – As an environmental contractor, United Safety is in a position to offer a full range of services. Our team has the expertise to tackle any project, such as interior and selective demolition.
Hazardous Waste Disposal – United Safety LLC has been at the forefront of hazardous waste disposal since 1989. We generally service the Northeast area. Upon completion of an environmental project, United Safety will coordinate your waste disposal transportation logistics. We would include signature-ready waste manifests for the reporting, tracking, and shipping records to avoid fines.
Disaster Restoration – United Safety professionals will contain the water damage area and setup the necessary drying equipment to prevent further damage and inhibit the growth of mold. Whether the damage is caused by heavy rains, broken water lines, pipe bursting, toilet overflow, or sewer backup, our flood restoration team has the experience to cope with any water issues.
